Dispatch and delivery

Your order is dispatched the same day. Dispatch means your parcel leaves our warehouse; it does not mean same-day delivery. Arrival times vary by destination and carrier.

Track your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel. For help with tracking, a delayed parcel, a missing order or an incorrect or damaged product, email info@nobshealth.ai with your order number.

International orders

Your destination country may charge customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are separate from our free delivery service.
